By purchasing from Stride Society, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

Product Quality

All Stride Society products undergo quality inspection before being shipped to customers. We take pride in delivering premium apparel that meets our quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and limited stock quantities, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged, or
  • The item received is incorrect.

In these cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Stride Society reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, customers may receive either:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location. Stride Society is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.
